Qualifications
David has nearly thirty years of investigative experience including over twenty-three years of law enforcement experience. During his law enforcement tenure, David has been intimately involved in training, leadership, investigations, policy review / development, and more.
David represents both Plaintiff and Defendants in police action cases and has been retained to serve clients from Alaska to Washington D.C.. Typical cases include improper arrest, use of force, investigative techniques, and other similar law enforcement topics.
Through his work, David has completed required reports, testified in depositions, testified in jury trials, testified in administrative hearings and has obtained favorable results for his clients.
