David P. Jude, CLI
David is the Founder and Managing Member of DPJ Consulting. As the company's Principal, David is responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, organizational outreach, and serves as our Chief Investigator for criminal defense cases, pre-employment backgrounds, corporate investigations and more.
David retired from public service in 2017 and stayed retired for less than a day. Since then, it's been a whirlwind.
David is an entrepreneur, a private investigator, a trainer / speaker, a podcast host, and an aspiring author (stay tuned on those details). Oh, and a husband, daddy, and pawpaw!
David is also the founder and President of the
Professional Investigators of Kentucky.

Chip Nowlin
Chip is the Investigations Manager for our state contracts service line. With nearly 40 years of investigative experience, Chip leads our administrative investigations efforts and provides guidance to our Department of Professional Licensing clients.
Amanda Fite
Amanda is our Account Manager facilitating client relationships and a fluid exchange of business communication between our company and our clients. Amanda leads our administrative division ensuring our records and files are secure and remain confidential. Amanda serves as the point of contact for multiple clients including our pre-employment background work.
Stacy L. Jude
Stacy is our Legal Nurse Consultant assisting legal teams with medical case reviews and certificates of merit. Stacy assists with our criminal defense cases by reviewing injury patterns and helping legal teams understand what has happened in a given situation. Stacy has provided guidance to her network of attorneys in a medical malpractice case resulting in a multi-million dollar judgement for our client.
